Students with celiac disease or other dietary concerns are encouraged to consult with Dining Services staff regarding ingredients, food preparation practices, and potential cross-contact risks. Simple Servings

Saga’s Simple Servings offers a dedicated dining station designed to accommodate guests with common food allergies and specific dietary needs. Available every day for both lunch and dinner, Simple Servings provides a complete meal with a rotating variety of proteins, starches, vegetables, and desserts, giving students the opportunity to enjoy a balanced and satisfying dining experience. In addition to these daily offerings, allergen-friendly waffles are available daily, along with allergen-friendly pizzas, providing even more options for students seeking alternative choices. Our team strives to make dining more accessible and convenient while helping students navigate their dietary needs.

My Zone

Free of gluten My Zone provides an additional dining option for students seeking alternatives to traditional gluten-containing foods. This designated area in Saga features a variety of prepackaged items, including desserts, breads, cereals, and snacks, making it easier for students to find convenient options that meet their dietary needs. Students are encouraged to review product labels and consult Dining Services staff with any questions regarding ingredients or potential cross-contact concerns.

Grab and Go

Saga’s Grab and Go offers free of gluten sandwich options for students looking for a quick and convenient meal on the go. These selections provide an additional alternative for students seeking to accommodate their dietary needs while enjoying the convenience of Saga’s Grab and Go.

Retail Allergen-Friendly Selections

Allergen-friendly selections in retail are available throughout HWS Dining’s retail locations, providing students with a variety of options to accommodate different dietary needs and preferences. Vegan and vegetarian options are available at The Café, The Cellar Pub, Stacks, and Finger Lakes Coffee Express, making it easier for students to find meals and snacks that fit their lifestyles. For guests seeking additional alternatives, Stacks and Finger Lakes Coffee Express offer a variety of alternative milks and sugar options to customize coffee and specialty beverages.

Additional free of gluten options are available at select retail locations. The Café’s Grill and Subconnections offers free of gluten buns and rolls, allowing guests to enjoy select grilled favorites with an alternative to traditional bread. Stacks also offers free of gluten bread for students looking for additional sandwich options.
